Rules & Restrictions
- Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday-Friday, excluding United States Federal Holidays.
- Express & Rush orders will arrive prior to 5 pm.
- Orders shipping to an APO/FPO military address or PO Box may only be delivered via the US Postal Service and can not be expedited.
- Orders will be charged when the merchandise is shipped.
Tracking Your Order
- You may begin tracking your order within 1-2 business days depending upon the delivery service selected.
- Orders placed may be delivered by one of the several different carriers and shipping methods. Tracking availability may vary depending upon the type of merchandise purchased, the shipping method selected and the final destination.
- Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package.
