RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept unworn merchandise with original tags attached, accompanied by an appropriate proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, refund in the original form of payment or store credit if the original receipt is not available. Merchandise purchased online may be returned to LuckyBrand.com or a Lucky Brand store in the United States & Puerto Rico, excluding Lucky Brand Outlet stores.
Exceptions
SALE Merchandise: Returns or exchanges purchased from LuckyBrand.com must be returned to the online store withn 15 days of the invoice date. Items marked "Final Sale" can not be returned or exchanged. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted at Lucky Brand or Lucky Brand Outlet stores.Swimwear: Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, items must be unworn with all tags and hygiene strip intact.
Gift Cards: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Price adjustments may be made within 14 days of original purchase.
Items purchased at Lucky Brand & Lucky Brand Outlet stores can not be returned to LuckyBrand.com.
